High School All Grades
At Star College, our High School offers subjects chosen specifically for University Preparation, ensuring that each boy can do subjects according to his particular strengths.
From Grade 8 onwards, students compete in Olympiads at an International level, as we send selected students abroad to compete at International Olympiads.
We also offer free Saturday tuition and numerous other extra classes to assist all our boys to achieve to the best of their ability.
These fees are charged over a 10 month period from Jan to Oct. All monthly fees are to be paid by the 7th of the month by means of either EFT or Card machine, available in Mrs Tarin’s office. PLEASE NOTE: MATRIC LEARNERS ARE BILLED OVER 8 MONTHS.
Sibling discounts: Oldest sibling gets no discount, thereafter as follows, 2nd child 5%, 3rd child 10%, 4th child 15% etc. Order of siblings are based on their grades and highest grade is the 1st learner.
Upfront discount: The 5% upfront discount is applied on the discounted amount after sibling discount is given and must be paid by 31st January 2023. NB: No further discount extention will be granted.
Please note that the sibling or early payment discount is NOT applicable to scholarship holders.
Scholarships are only awarded to High School learners.
School fees exclude any stationery and textbook requirements.
ICDL for new grade 8 learners is an additional charge which will be charged onto your school account at the beginning of the year.
All payments are to be made by EFT or card machine and proof of payment emailed to: accounts@starcollege.co.za. Please ensure that your child’s student or acc number is shown as reference.
Star College reserves the right of re-registration should your account be managed poorly or have an outstanding balance.
**The school requires payment of full fees during any leave of absence**
NB: EA TERMS NOTICE IS REQUIRED SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO REMOVE YOUR CHILD FROM SCHOOL. FAILING TO DO SO WOULD REQUIRE YOU TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PAYMENT OF A TERM’S FEES.
